I had to put up some pics, I was really pleased with the end result, its changed ALOT since i bought it!!

It is looking very good, the splitter and grill really make the front, the stance is good with the wheels filling the arches and the baskets on the roof just look great.
You should be proud but don't stop yet. cheers

It would look good with a chrome and wood slatted roof rack...
What about a chrome strip running down the side, keep the theme from the bumpers....

Cambelt was done today!! along with some minor engine painting, rocker cover gasket, Piper Cross Cone filter and.............the GTI cam!

It revs like a 16v now its mad!

er..........i had to get some outside help!!, as my bottom pulley bolts were just as bad as your water pump ones!!.

The car just seems more Revvy and all the Power happens at the end of the rev counter now instead of a constant power if u know what i mean?, so it's quicker (But only if ur caning the living crap out of it!!)

Thought i'd show u my funky colour coding i done when doing the cambelt and cam!
Had new leads, plugs , dizzy cap and arm at the weekend.

Weber not on yet tho! (doh!)
